Terms of Service

Last Updated: Dec 9, 2025

Welcome to AirMusic! These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our AI music generator. By using AirMusic, you agree to follow these rules. Please read them carefully.

1. What You're Agreeing To

When you visit airmusic.ai or use any of our tools, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. It's that simple.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who uses AirMusic. This includes free users, paid subscribers, and anyone just browsing around.

2. What AirMusic Offers

AirMusic is an AI-powered music creation platform. Here's what you can do with our tools:

AI Music Generator

Turn your ideas into real songs. Just type what you want, and our AI creates original music for you. You can describe a mood, a style, or even write your own lyrics. The AI does the rest.

Vocal Remover

Split any song into vocals and instrumentals. Perfect for karaoke, remixes, or studying music. Upload a track, and we separate the voices from the instruments.

Voice Cloning

Create a digital copy of any voice. Upload voice samples, and our AI learns to sing in that voice. Great for covers or unique vocal styles.

AI Cover Generator

Make AI covers of songs. Pick a voice model, choose a song, and create something new. It's like having any singer perform any song.

AI Music Extender

Make your songs longer. Our AI can extend tracks while keeping the same style and feel. Turn a 30-second clip into a full song.

Instrumental Generator

Create backing tracks without vocals. Perfect for singers, content creators, or anyone who needs music without words.

What to Expect

Our AI is powerful, but it's not perfect. Sometimes the music might not match exactly what you imagined. Song length has limits based on your plan. Quality can vary. We're always improving, but please understand these limitations.

3. Creating Your Account

You need an account for most features. Sign up is free and takes about 30 seconds. You can use your email or sign in with Google.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your password safe. Don't share your login with others. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us right away.

Account Information

Use real information when you sign up. Don't create fake accounts. Don't create multiple accounts to get extra free credits.

4. Rules for Using AirMusic

Do's

  • Create music for yourself
  • Share your creations on social media
  • Use generated music in your videos (check your plan's license)
  • Have fun and be creative

Don'ts

  • Don't upload copyrighted music you don't own
  • Don't create hate speech, violent, or illegal content
  • Don't try to hack or break our system
  • Don't use bots or automated tools to abuse the service
  • Don't pretend to be someone else
  • Don't create music that harms others

Fair Use

Even with unlimited plans, we have fair use limits. If you're generating thousands of songs per day, we might reach out. Our goal is to keep the service fast and fair for everyone.

5. Who Owns What

Your Uploads

You own what you upload. But by uploading, you give AirMusic permission to process it through our AI. We need this permission to provide the service.

Generated Music

The music you create belongs to you, but with some rules:

Free Users: You can use your music for personal, non-commercial purposes. That means you can listen to it, share it with friends, and post it on social media. But you can't sell it or use it in commercial projects.

Paid Subscribers: You get commercial rights based on your plan. Starter plans allow limited commercial use. Pro plans give you full commercial rights. Check your specific plan for details.

AirMusic Content

Our website design, AI technology, logos, and brand materials belong to us. You can't copy, modify, or distribute them.

Improving Our Service

We may use anonymized data from generations to improve our AI. This helps make better music for everyone. We never share your personal creations publicly without permission.

6. Pricing and Payments

Free Tier

Everyone gets free credits to start. Free credits don't expire, but they're limited. Use them to try our tools before subscribing.

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and yearly plans:

  • Starter: Best for beginners and casual creators
  • Pro: Best for serious musicians and content creators
  • Unlimited: Best for professionals and businesses

Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.

One-Time Purchases

Sometimes we offer one-time credit packs. Pay once, use the credits whenever you want. These don't auto-renew.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods through our secure payment processor.

Price Changes

We might change prices sometimes. If you have an active subscription, your price stays the same until it renews. We'll always tell you about changes before they affect you.

Billing Issues

If a payment fails, we'll try again and let you know. If we can't charge your card after several attempts, your subscription might be paused.

7. Refunds

We have a separate Refund Policy. In short: you can request a refund within 7 days if you haven't used the service much. Check the full policy for details.

8. Service Availability

Uptime

We work hard to keep AirMusic running 24/7. But sometimes we need maintenance or updates. We try to do these during quiet hours.

No Guarantees

We can't promise the service will always work perfectly. Internet stuff happens. Servers have bad days. We'll fix problems as fast as we can.

Changes to Features

We might add new features, change existing ones, or remove features that don't work well. We'll try to let you know about big changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

What We're Not Responsible For

AirMusic is not responsible for:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Lost data (though we try to prevent this)
  • Problems caused by how you use generated music
  • Third-party issues (like your internet provider)
  • Indirect damages of any kind

Maximum Liability

If something goes wrong and it's our fault, the most we'll pay is what you paid us in the last 12 months. This protects both of us.

10. Protecting AirMusic

Indemnification

If someone sues AirMusic because of something you did (like uploading copyrighted content or misusing generated music), you agree to help defend us and cover any costs. This is a standard legal protection.

11. Ending Your Account

You Can Leave Anytime

Cancel your subscription from your account settings. You'll keep access until your current billing period ends.

We Can End Access Too

We might suspend or close your account if:

  • You break these terms
  • You don't pay
  • We stop offering the service
  • We're required to by law

What Happens After

When your account ends, you lose access to AirMusic features. We might delete your data after a while. Download anything you want to keep before leaving.

12. Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms sometimes. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Big changes might get an email notice. Using AirMusic after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws where AirMusic operates. Any legal disputes will be handled in appropriate courts.

Entire Agreement

These terms, plus our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are our complete agreement. No other promises or agreements apply unless we write them down.

If Part Is Invalid

If a court says part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies. We'll try to replace invalid parts with similar valid ones.

14. Privacy & Data Protection
