Refund Policy

At AirMusic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  1. Request within 7 days - Submit your refund request within 7 days of your purchase date
  2. Limited usage - Have generated no more than 10 songs/outputs since your purchase
  3. First-time request - This must be your first refund request with AirMusic

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Include your account email address in the request
  3. Provide your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

3. Processing Time

  • We will review your request within 3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank

4. After Approval

Once your refund is approved:

  • Any songs or content generated during this period will be removed from your account
  • Your subscription or credits will be cancelled
  • You may re-subscribe at any time in the future

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase
  • Accounts that have exceeded the usage limit (more than 10 generations)
  • Repeated refund requests from the same user
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Partial subscription periods

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription without a refund:

  • You can cancel anytime through your account settings
  • You will retain access until the end of your billing period
  • No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription time
