At AirMusic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Request within 7 days - Submit your refund request within 7 days of your purchase date
- Limited usage - Have generated no more than 10 songs/outputs since your purchase
- First-time request - This must be your first refund request with AirMusic
To request a refund:
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Include your account email address in the request
- Provide your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Once your refund is approved:
- Any songs or content generated during this period will be removed from your account
- Your subscription or credits will be cancelled
- You may re-subscribe at any time in the future
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase
- Accounts that have exceeded the usage limit (more than 10 generations)
- Repeated refund requests from the same user
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
- Partial subscription periods
If you wish to cancel your subscription without a refund:
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- You will retain access until the end of your billing period
- No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription time
